Alex knew content mattered. It just kept losing to everything else.

“It was something I was doing. I knew I had to do it, I knew I should do it. It was just, when things got busy, that was the thing that dropped. And there was no real strategy behind it. If I thought of something from a client conversation, I might write about it, but there was no overarching strategy behind any of it.”
The numbers: maybe two or 300 impressions per post, two or three likes.
“Some of the obvious things. Would it sound like me? Would it misinterpret my positioning? Would it be over salesy? That’s something I try and avoid. I want it to sound like a conversation, like I have with my clients.”
And a practical one: would it actually be faster than doing it herself?
Alexandra Hurworth, Leadership & Career Coach (PCC), TiP: Coaching & ConsultingThe free work sold her before the pitch did.

“Those first 30 content ideas that you sent me were incredible. So insightful, and genuinely picked up on stuff that I hadn’t been thinking about. Like, this thing is really great about you and you haven’t been posting about it. That already was like, my gosh, if you’re giving me this for free, what could I get from you when I actually pay for it?”
The plan closed it.

“You had a plan. Month one, here’s what we’ll start with, here’s the overall theme. And then we’ll move into this theme month two. I thought that was really, really great.”
We mined her client conversations and experience for the stories she’d been sitting on.
Monthly themes with a deliberate story arc: problem posts, solution posts, proof posts.
A month of posts she reviews in one morning, then sets and forgets.

“I had one post that got 20,000 impressions, which, I’ve never had numbers at that level before. So that was incredible.”
The workload flipped from constant to once a month.

“Now it’s just once a month. I can set it and forget it.”
But her favorite change isn’t a number.

“It’s really nice knowing that someone is thinking about this with me, rather than all of that thinking, that strategy, being on my shoulders. Just having someone else think about what that story arc should be over time. Feeling like, yeah, someone else has got my back.”
“I’d recommend LeaderHouse to everyone who knows they need to make content, but either doesn’t have the time or needs some help positioning it in the right way. It’s been a really great experience for me so far.”
