These terms are written in plain language so you actually know what you're agreeing to. By subscribing to the LinkedIn Authority System, you're agreeing to everything below. If anything is unclear, email us at jakub@leaderhouse.co and we'll explain.
The LinkedIn Authority System is a done-for-you LinkedIn content service. Each month, you receive:

For us to do our job, we need a few things from you:
The Insights Bank is optional but encouraged. The more you share, the better your content gets.
You'll share sensitive materials with us, such as call transcripts, emails, internal notes, customer conversations, and business strategies. We take that seriously.
What we do with it: we use your materials only to create and improve your LinkedIn content, nothing else. Your materials are never shared with other clients, used in other clients' content, or made public. We do not sell, license, or distribute your data to third parties.
What we store and for how long: we keep your materials (intake responses, Insights Bank submissions, and files you share) for as long as your subscription is active, so we can reference them to improve your content over time. If you cancel, we retain your data for 30 days in case you resubscribe, then delete it. If you want it deleted sooner, email us and we'll do it within 7 days.
AI and third-party tools: we use AI tools (such as large language models) to help research, plan, and draft your content. This means your materials may be sent to third-party AI providers (like Anthropic or OpenAI) as part of our workflow. These providers process your data to generate outputs for us and do not use it to train their models (we use API access, not consumer products). We do not use your materials to train any AI models ourselves.
Data protection and your rights: you are the data controller for any personal data you share with us (your clients' info, contacts, and so on). We act as a data processor, handling that data only on your instructions and for the agreed purpose: creating your content. We process all data in line with UK and EU GDPR, and store your materials in access-controlled cloud storage (Google Drive), accessible only to our team. You have the right to request a copy of the data we hold, ask us to correct it, or have it deleted. Email us and we'll action it within 7 days.
Your responsibility: you're responsible for having a lawful basis to share whatever you send us. If you upload a call transcript, customer conversation, or anything containing other people's personal data, you confirm you have the right to share it. We're not liable if you share materials you don't have permission to use.
The price you sign up at is the price you keep for as long as you remain subscribed. If we raise prices later, it only applies to new subscribers. If you cancel and re-subscribe, you'll pay whatever the current price is at that time.
From time to time we run promotional plans (such as a launch offer) that include extras on top of the standard service, for example advisory access over WhatsApp, consulting sessions, or advertising credit. These extras belong to the promotional plan and its billing term: advisory access and consulting sessions must be used during the term they were granted for, and unused extras don't roll over or convert to cash. Advertising credit (such as a LinkedIn ad credit) is applied by us to promoting your content, has no cash value, and can't be withdrawn or transferred. The promotional price itself follows the Price lock terms above.
If you're not happy with what we deliver in your first month, we'll refund your first payment in full. To qualify, you must:
If you request a refund without completing the intake form, the guarantee does not apply. We can only stand behind our work if we've had the chance to do it. Even if you get a refund, you keep everything we delivered: your Authority Blueprint, your 30 posts, your optimized profile copy, and your infographics prompt. The money-back guarantee applies to your first month only. It does not apply to subsequent months.
To set expectations clearly, the LinkedIn Authority System does not include:
Results depend on your market, your offer, your engagement, and your consistency.
We create marketing content, not professional advice. Nothing we deliver is legal, financial, medical, or other regulated professional advice. You're responsible for reviewing everything we produce before you publish it, to make sure it's accurate, appropriate for your audience, and compliant with any rules that apply to your industry. Once you publish, the content and any claims in it are yours.
Should you qualify for a Guaranteed Reach setup call, we'll work with you directly to set up LinkedIn Thought Leader Ads inside your own LinkedIn Ads account, so your best content gets in front of a targeted audience from day one.
The Guaranteed Reach System is offered as a bonus with selected plans or promotions. It is not a standard part of the subscription and cannot be purchased separately. Whether it's included will always be stated in your offer or proposal.
Once we deliver your content (posts, blueprints, profile copy, infographics prompts), it's yours. You own it and can use it however you want. We may use anonymized examples of our work, without your name, business details, or identifying information, in our own marketing, unless you tell us not to.
We put real effort into every deliverable, but we're a content service, not a guarantee of business results. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost revenue, lost clients, or missed opportunities, arising from your use of our service. Our total liability to you is limited to the amount you've paid us in the 3 months prior to any claim. Nothing in these terms limits or excludes our liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot legally be excluded.
We may update these terms from time to time. If we make a meaningful change, we'll email you at the address associated with your subscription. Continued use of the service after the change means you accept the updated terms. If you disagree, you can cancel.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of the Czech Republic.
