Where Scott started

Scott calls his old approach what it was.

Scott Stransky
“It was kind of a spray and pray type thing. I’d post maybe two, three times per week, largely based on what I was feeling at the moment. A scatter shot approach instead of something strategic and well planned out.”

And the algorithm was rewarding exactly the wrong posts.

Scott Stransky
“The posts that had nothing to do with thought leadership, the personal ones, the ones I would consider a throwaway post, were getting seven, eight, nine thousand impressions. And the ones that actually had some business value were maybe getting a hundred or two hundred if I was lucky.”

What almost stopped him

Scott runs a content agency with a contrarian philosophy. Generic output would be fatal.

“Everybody’s solution and service is kind of built the same way, so it sounds the same coming out. I have a very particular voice, but I also have a very particular market philosophy that’s really different from others in my space. Anytime I’m in a conversation about automating anything related to messaging or content, I immediately throw my hands up.”

Why Scott gave it a shot

Our sales process convinced him because it practiced what he preaches to his own clients.

Scott Stransky
“The way that you broke down not only what the system does but how it benefits me was really impressive. There were a lot of gifts, a lot of really detailed information that was personalized to me rather than just generic. Ultimately, the fact that LeaderHouse understood how purchase decisions are made made it easier for me to finally just say, you know what, let’s give it a shot.”

What we built with Scott

01 · Substance

His real material: website, sales calls, marketing collateral, his buyer intelligence philosophy intact.

02 · Strategy

A full month’s plan, so daily posting stopped requiring daily thinking.

03 · Style

Short daily posts that free his bandwidth for the long-form work he keeps for himself.

What changed

Scott Stransky
“The biggest change is that I’m able to post really consistently. I’ve gone from posting a couple of times a week to posting every single day. And it’s freed up time to create longer form articles that supplement the shorter form LinkedIn posts.”

Then the proof showed up where he least expected it: normal conversations.

Scott Stransky
“I’m staying with a friend, and completely unprompted she told me, I don’t comment on anything that you post, but I’ve been following all of your stuff on LinkedIn and it is truly awesome.”
Scott Stransky
“I’ve had a couple of other people, including existing clients, randomly throw out this compliment. You’ve been really killing the LinkedIn game lately. Your stuff is so, so good and it’s so consistent. The fact that it’s starting to show up in my everyday conversations is really the biggest win so far.”

“I’ve got my hands in every aspect of the business. I don’t have time to sit down and plan out a 30 day LinkedIn content calendar. LeaderHouse does that for me.”
